Description Of The Project The Intern Will Complete

  • Provides support and executes Living Labs program activities in human centered design along with other functional or skill areas (e.g., behavioral science, business analysis, technical product management, usability engineering, etc.) to projects.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure integration of gender aspects in data collection, analysis and interpretation in line with project objectives.
  • Leads and conducts qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Conducts partner outreach including arranging for exhibitions to increase external engagement. Documents project success stories.
  • Collect, manage and analyze qualitative data using manual and digital tools.
  • Conduct rapid literature review and compile insights on emerging ideas and solutions.
  • Put the user first – have deep empathy and understanding of what challenges they face and what inspires them in doing their jobs.
  • Diligently, transparently, and in real-time document and share iterations and learnings.
  • Collaborate virtually with project leadership and second country

The Intern will have the opportunity to learn and work on how to:

  • Start to end interviews with caregivers, health care workers
  • Conduct complete phases of human centered design- 4D approach
  • Be able to independently utilize HCD tools

Monthly targets set and evaluated by performance manager and documented in intern files
