JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods or materials.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of products to optimize space utilization.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock outs and minimize wastage
- Prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements or internal requests.
- Pack, label, and document goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays proactively
- Maintain comprehensive records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Generate and update relevant documentation, such as packing slips and delivery notes.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, dispatch activities, and stock movements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures for record keeping.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain or BCOM
- Knowledge in using inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to stores and dispatch operations.
