Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Support customer engagement initiatives, including attending meetings, handling inquiries, and providing product information. Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating customer records.
- Sales Collateral and Materials: Assist in the creation and updating of sales presentations, brochures, product documentation, and other sales materials. Ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Help maintain sales records, track sales activities, and generate reports on sales performance. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support the overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with IT concepts and technology products is a plus. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools is beneficial.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data and conducting market research.
