Duties and Responsibilities
a) HR Policies
· Implementation of HR Policies, Practices & Processes.
· Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems
· Independently drive few strategic HR projects
· Keep pulse of the employees through various employee connect mediums
· Proactively communicate policies and process to employees
b) Talent Acquisition
· Handling Recruitment process.
· Budgeting of head count.
c) Data Management
· Maintenance & updating of employee MIS
d) Talent Development
· Responsible for career management & development plans and implementation
· Organizing training programs
· Drive retention programs
e) Performance Management
· Responsible for performance management and improvement initiatives
· Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes
f) Employee Compensation
· Ensure the accuracy & timelines of payroll process.
g) Employee Benefits
· Responsible for all employee benefits, employee engagement practices, development initiatives and rewards & recognition frameworks
· Responsible for ensuring all statutory compliances
h) Employee Relations
· Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues
i) Communication
· Facilitate Corporate Communication Process
j) Others
· Deliver additional assignment and projects assigned by the management
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications & Experience
· MBA (HR) or MHRM Qualified
· 3 – 5 years experience in HR function
· Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems
· Should have experience in dealing with foreign nationals as well
Skills
· Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
· Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership
· Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams
