The role of the Data Operations Team is to support the business in running its operational processes and decision-making. We recently announced the opening of our latest market – South Africa, and you will support the Analyst team with operational tasks such as producing and tracking KPIs for different departments, increasing the efficiency and automation of our processes and using accurate data for reporting.You will be reporting to the Data Operations Team Lead. This role is fully remote.ABOUT THIS ROLE:
- The Data Operations Analyst will be expected to provide high-quality, accurate and timely reports within agreed timelines to support the business in running its operational processes and decision-making
- Collaborate with different departments to fully understand business processes and their data requirements
- Test new system features to ensure data is being correctly captured
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations

- You have a good knowledge of SQL and can use version control to ensure accessibility and reproducibility
- You have experience with Excel and Looker to analyse and visualise data
- You know how to use the most appropriate medium to visualize data to tell compelling and actionable stories relevant for business goals
- You are experienced in storytelling and working with stakeholders
