Institute for Research on Health is conducting a study on HIV Risk Factors and Risk Perception Among Adolescent Girls in Nyando, Uasin Gishu, Mandera, Busia, Kisii, Isbania, Nyatike, and Kitui and identify Gaps in perceived HIV risk persist among AGYW in Kenya

Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree /Diploma in Nursing/Clinical Medicine –with extensive and recent hands-on clinical experience
- Registered with the Practicing Council of Kenya
- Should have Clinical Trials certification and At least two (2) years of Clinical research experience
- Good Clinical Practice training/Human Subjects Protection training
- Knowledge and ability to counsel clients on Sexual and reproductive health and contraceptive use
- Knowledge and experience in managing AGYW will be an added advantage
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Articulate in both verbal and written communication in English and Swahili.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Attend the scheduled training to clearly understand the purpose of the study and how they will be involved in the study
Conduct data abstraction from in-patient medical files into study-specific electronic data abstraction tools
Uphold data quality procedures throughout the study
Ensure data is collected safely and transmitted to the designated central location
Provide routine progress reports to the study coordinator
Perform other duties and assignments assigned
