Kinetic is an EdTech online platform offering an immersive, practical learning experience. It is built on a tried and tested entrepreneurship learning framework that’s broken down into practical modules where students learn by doing. We also incorporate unique proprietary content in the form of fireside chats with successful entrepreneurs and business leaders from around the world which helps to demystify the entrepreneurial journey and shift the mindset of our students. We partner with High Schools to deliver the Kinetic program to students of ages 14-18 yrs with the goal of preparing them for the demands of the fast paced world we live in.
Key Responsibilities
The business Development Lead will be responsible for the following:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Key Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of experience in product marketing
- Experience in marketing a SaaS or Educational product is an added advantage
- Ability to analyze market opportunities, identify target segments, and develop strategic plans to expand business and drive revenue growth.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
