REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT 
For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

  • have served as Deputy Principal II/Senior Master I T-Scale 12 for a minimum period of two (2) years; 
  • have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process; 
  • have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers; 
  • meet the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and 
  • meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
  • Those who had attended interviews held between 20th to 31st March 2023 need not reapply

To qualify for appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –

  • be currently assigned by the Commission to perform the duties of Deputy Head teacher at T-Scale 6 (C1);
  • have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
  • meet the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and
  • meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the Commission.

NOTE:

  • Applicants shall be required to upload the letter of deployment to the current responsibility during application.
  • Candidates who will be successful in the interviews shall be required to present valid Chapter six documents before they are considered for appointment.

Deputy Head Teacher II (C4/T-Scale 9) – 69 Posts

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT

To qualify for appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –
