Key Responsibilities:

• Operations of the factory.
• Maintenance and operations of boiler electrical functions
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving of electrical faults.
• Testing and inspection of electrical systems
• Installations and maintenance of electrical panels, transformers, motors and starters.
• Installations and maintenance of all bonding and electrical earth systems in plants.
• Checking and confirming all electrical and other controls are intact and good in operations.
• Maintenance of PLC, SCADA, HMI AND DCS systems.
• Confirming all conveyors and other machines interlocks are healthy for the operations.
• Setting and programing of packaging machines VFD and HMI to the right parameters for good and quality operations.
• Applications of LOTO, and safety in plants during shift operations and ppm jobs.
• Installations and maintenance of Instruments values and solenoids, temperature controllers, thermocouple sensors.
• Installations and maintenance of proximity sensors on machines.
• Checking and calculations of the right new cables ratings or damaged cables to be replaced
• Installations and maintenance of DC and UPS systems.
• Installations and maintenance of Generators, alternators turbines and synchronising / change over system at the LV room.
• Making of shift and monthly reports.
• Reading and recording of energy meters at an intervals of 1hr
• Safety application at the Plant both the team and machines.
