Job Brief
Lady Askari is looking for a weighbridge controller to help secure client assets through checking delivery
paperwork and recording the weight of lorries arriving and leaving the site.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Verify details of the load imprinted on the delivery documents presented by the driver(s).
● Verify the accuracy of the information displayed on the computer and on documents
● Escalate abnormal variance
● Generate daily weighbridge reports
Qualifications
● Minimum of KCSE Certificate with a grade of C and above
● Experience using relevant technology and security equipment
● Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
● Experience in customer service and conflict resolution
● Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
● Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
● An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
● Fluent in written and spoken Swahili and English. Additional languages are a plus
● Excellent Communication Skills –clarity and courtesy on phone, 2-way radio and email.
