Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Nairobi
About the Client: Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials., they are looking to fill the role of an operations Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations of the business, developing and implementing operational procedures and strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Responsibilities & Qualification
• Manage day to day operations and product responsibilities.
• Managing stock control and inventory checks.
• Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties.
• Managing health and safety regulations programs.
• Supervise and coordinate company logistics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognized university.
• Five years of experience working in administrative position including working with HR Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
• Professional qualifications in Human Resource Management.
• Good working knowledge of Kenya Labour Laws and Regulations.
