Job Purpose

Yusudi is looking for a vibrant, self-driven and proactive individual to work in Admissions for the Yusudi Sales Academy (YSA). The incumbent will undertake all aspects of the administration of applicant enquiries and admissions from the point of first enquiry through to the point of registration and ensure a positive and satisfying experience.

Roles and Responsibilities.

  • Make follow-up calls to applicants, respond to their inquiries and ensure that they move from one stage to the next until they sign up for the program.
  • Create a database of prospective and current students and/or potential candidates for the YSA program.
  • Participates in the development of student admissions and retention plans, strategies, and written materials.
  • Help in facilitating awareness and assessment sessions when required.
  • Provide advice and guidance to applicants ensuring that advice is timely and accurate in order to facilitate enrollment.
  • Accurately input and maintain applicant data and produce standard reports to ensure that admissions can function effectively and that managers can see at a glance the current position and past trends to inform decision-making.
  • Undertake a range of clerical responsibilities to ensure that applications are correctly processed, ensuring only eligible applicants are moved through the funnel as per the minimum requirements.
  • Schedule and invite applicants to the orientation seminars and subsequent interviews.
  • Consistently follow up with applicants to ensure they attend the pre-requisite interviews and seminars to ensure full enrollment of the cohorts.
  • Any other tasks requested by the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to sell (communicate the value of YSA effectively to the applicants).
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Experience in delivering customer service and working with people
  • Possess a positive attitude and takes initiative
  • Good organisational and administrative skills; excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to interact positively and effectively with customers and fellow colleagues

A plus to have.

  • Experience using Google Workspace
  • Sales experience
  • Tech-savvy

Education: Diploma or degree holder

Requirements: Own a laptop and have access to steady internet.

Duration: 3 months

Time: Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
