Purpose: To support Wavetec’s customers with day-to-day technical problems as assigned by the team lead and ensure great customer satisfaction. The technical assistance offered include but not limited to Software and Hardware Installations and after-sales support services.
Responsibilities
▪ Configuration and installation of all Wavetec products
▪ Provide technical support services to customers and ensure that all complaints are resolved within 24 hours
▪ Perform prevention maintenance of all Wavetec products.
▪ From time to time, performing all necessary wiring and cabling tasks as assigned or as per need basis
▪ Daily reporting about planned activities and finished or pending tasks to line manager
Qualifications
▪ Education: bachelor’s in computer science or relevant field
▪ You have excellent time management skills
▪ You can make effective decisions quickly, while troubleshooting and solving issues.
▪ You maintain composure and customer focus during urgent situations.
▪ You can reassure customers when delivering demos and potential solutions.
▪ Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
▪ You have good knowledge about Networks, Windows Server and SQL within a hosted solution environment.
