The Role
We’re currently seeking a highly driven Product Marketing Lead to elevate Antara Health’s sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will spearhead the development and implementation of a robust product marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include understanding the needs of our target audience, creating impactful marketing materials, and offering valuable insights to position Antara Health’s products competitively in the market.
As the ideal candidate, you have a proven track record in product marketing, particularly for a rapidly scaling product. You have expertise in data analysis which will be crucial in driving effective marketing strategies. You are deeply committed to improving healthcare outcomes in emerging markets and possess an unwavering drive to achieve results. Additionally, you are comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer-specific persona mapping to understand the different types of customers and their specific pain points in the context of the product’s value proposition.
- Develop and execute a customer-specific marketing strategy that addresses the pain points of each customer segment.
- Conduct active market and product research to effectively communicate their value proposition in a language that people understand.
- Revise the company’s story as needed to communicate the value proposition effectively to customers.
- Develop and deliver product marketing collateral that consistently tells the story of the product to support sales and custom drops.
- Identify opportunities for speaking engagements of providers and members of Antara’s team to effectively communicate our story and validate it in the market.
- Develop and execute A/B testing and other testing strategies to validate the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology industries.
- Experience in customer-specific persona mapping and the development and execution of customer-specific marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in conducting active market and product research to effectively communicate value proposition.
- Experience in developing and delivering product marketing collateral, including presentations and other materials.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing A/B testing and other testing strategies.
