Ropili Insurance Agency is a start-up agency established in 2022, providing services in Life, Pensions, Motor, General, and Health insurance.
Role Purpose
Responsible for Insurance business performance through various strategies that includes effective selling, managing client relations and customer experience as well as execution of operational insurance agency services.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish and drive growth of portfolio in accordance to set business goals
- Develop new client relationships
- Develop retention strategies and maintain a healthy level of client retention
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies and provide required agency support
- Execute insurance agency operations on a day to day basis with regards to quotation generation, new customer acquisition and renewals
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on all Insurance transactions.
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of Insurance clients and prospects.
- Carry out other related roles as may be determined periodically

Qualifications and Relevant Experience
- University degree or Diploma.
- AIIK Diploma / BCom (Insurance).
- At least 1 year experience in the Sales of Insurance products preferably within an insurance intermediary or Insurance Company.
