Cooks Required
Location: Mombasa
Duties and Responsibilities
Cook exciting dishes for staff and guests
Assist in developing Kitchen budgets
Liaise with the chef to develop new menus and periodically review depending with the clients’
needs
Prepare duty schedules for the kitchen staff
Portioning of food accordingly to avoid losses
Manage the kitchen costs
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in food and beverage, hospitality, culinary arts or any other related
course
Minimum 2 years working experience in preparing and cooking delicious meals
Knowledge on food costing & managing kitchen costs
Knowledge of Swahili Dishes will be an added advantage
