We’re on the lookout for a Sales Executive with a heavy drive, an always-on can-do attitude and a will to develop sales processes further and build long-term relationships with enthusiasm.
You will be joining one of our customers on a journey to change an entire industry with a solution that is unique to its kind.
Some of the things you will be up to
- Build long-term business relations with both new and existing customers.
- Drive sales processes, negotiate contracts, close deals and generate leads.
- Collaborate closely and cross-functionally.
- Analyze, follow up and coach the more junior sales team members.
- Lead and further develop cooperation with other companies, to jointly find win-win solutions.
Who you probably are
To be the optimal candidate you have at least a few years of experience in qualified sales and can therefore, with confidence lead and follow up your own work.
You are result-oriented and would thrive in a fast-paced environment with short decision paths. Building relationships and networking comes naturally to you and you have a genuine interest in creating business opportunities and team working towards common goals.
Some of the qualities we are looking for
- Solid experience in the tech sphere and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, argumentation and negotiation skills.
- A good habit of independently developing and running sales processes.
- Unhindered ability to express yourself (in speech and writing) in both Swedish and English.
- A habit of working in CRM systems.
