As an HR Agent, youll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic HR team. Youll be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related paperwork
• Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance
• Provide support for payroll processing and benefits administration
• Other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources.
• At least 0-2 years of experience in HR
• Proven experience as an HR agent.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Willingness to relocate to Malindi
