Key Responsibilities;

  1. Visit the allocated market share and source for new customers to purchase from Muthokinju.
  2. Create leads and follow up to ensure they are converted.
  3. Gather data on market and customer details and report to the Branch Supervisor.
  4. Create awareness of the company’s range of products in assigned territory.
  5. Take full charge of product sales in the assigned region.
  6. Maintain a strong understanding on product inventory and technical specifications
  7. Develop and execute Sales and Distribution strategies.
  8. Increase sales, drive volumes by following up on orders, deliveries and collections 
  9. in a bid to see 100% lead conversion.
  10. Build effective customer and branch relationships in order to build strong loyalty.
  11. Call the customers allocated to you. 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements: 

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Interior design, Engineering, Architecture or any related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales.
  • Experience in real estate/construction or field sales.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge in MS office
  • Basic knowledge in decorative paints will be an added advantage.
