We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Associate who can assist in the planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote the company’s products and services. This role involves working closely with other departments to create effective marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales
You will be able to help us achieve our business goals through the crafting of strong advertising campaigns
Marketing and Communications Associate responsibilities are:
- Designing and creating creative online and marketing content, including newsletters, brochures, promotional emails and POSM
- Collaborating with design and public relations teams to create white papers, infographics and marketing videos
- Create, edit and publish creative and engaging content on Meta platforms, Twitter, Tiktok etc
- Brand management – create brand guidelines with liaison with the marketing team
- Tracking and recording the performance of marketing campaigns and presenting this information to the B/Dev department and members of the company’s management team
- Identifying the effectiveness of marketing material by tracking metrics including conversion rates, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Reviewing and analyzing consumer data to analyze effective marketing strategies and successful ways to increase brand awareness
- Customer service experience – in telesales, Digital Sales
- Generate reports and ROI monitoring
Marketing and Communications Associate preferred qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Marketing & Communication Associate (Minimum 24 months)
- Preferred experience in the FMCG field or food industry
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, MS Office, WordPress
- Experience in digital marketing i.e Meta Platforms and Tiktok
- Expertise in social media platforms with paid experience preferred
- Understanding of web publishing tools
- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Preferred BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
