Our client in the healthcare sector is looking for competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated field sales representatives to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. We offer a base salary plus a robust commission plan.

Requirements
- Achieve sales targets as set forth in the sales projections.
- Manage your sales funnel by reaching out to potential clients and maintaining relationships in a very organized manner.
- Ensure sales are conducted according to documented processes and procedures
- Ensure to only sell to customers that are able to pay for the products during the loan period through proper due diligence and KYC of customers being onboarded,
- Ensure proper documentation and handling of the administrative work involved in the onboarding of new facilities.
- Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Field Sales Representative Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B Sales experience in a tough environment- Banking, Insurance, Real Estate (Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working in the medical space is an added advantage)
- Familiarity with office applications (especially Excel) as well as Google Drive, Google Forms, Skype, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Linguistic capabilities: Swahili, and English.
