The Ajira Spark Program is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) training and linkage program to equip youth with skills in AI training data. After training, individuals are deployed on various paid projects on its online work platform. As a digital worker, you shall work on multiple projects across multiple online work platforms where you will train, work on tasks, and get paid. As a digital worker, the quality and volume of work determine the work you get and how much you earn. The program begins with training for one to two weeks, and the successful trainees will then transition to tasking on available projects.
Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Participants shall attend all training sessions from start to end.
- Participants shall actively engage in Q&A sessions to ensure they have full clarity on working on the different projects.
- Participants shall train on the practice projects assigned and meet the quality standards.
- After completing the training, the participants shall be required to work a minimum of 5 hours per day for no less than 2 months to ensure they are graduated from entry-level to the next band.
- Participants shall work on different project types, such as data annotation, transcription, content moderation, comparison and categorization etc.
- Participants must participate in different online platforms to get assistance and further grow their competencies.
- Participants are required to adhere to all the program policies at all times.
