Responsibilities
- Support Search for Common Ground and donor regulations, policies, processes, procedures, and standards to uphold compliance.
- Support the procurement process
- Support asset inventory process
Contributions
- Respond to routine procurement requests from staff.
- Escalate non-routine procurement requests to the supervisor.
- Support a fair, competitive, and compliant procurement process.
- Provide administrative support to the full procurement cycle, including purchase orders, requests for quotes, orders, goods receivable, goods and equipment distribution, etc.
- Enter vendor information into the supplier database.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date supplier database
- Compile and maintain procurement files, including vendor contracts, leases, rentals, etc.
- Infuses Search values in all work.

Education and Experience
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration
- At least two years’ experience in procurement and inventory management, preferred
- Professional qualifications in purchasing and supplies
- Computer Literate
