Our client in the events management sector seeks to hire a Client Service Executive responsible for managing client communication and maintaining and growing client accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Establish, manage and maintain client relationships
  2. Provide a positive and professional client service experience
  3. Manage client needs and expectations
  4. Set up client meetings, make presentations, prepare quotations
  5. Follow up on clients’ orders and ensure they are delivered as per cient needs and expectations
  6. Make site visits and ensure compliance with client’s specifications
  7. Constantly update management and client accordingly
  8. Retain existing customers and grow existing accounts to increase revenue
  9. Work collaboratively with the internal teams to offer quality customer service
  10. Enforce brand identity, increase brand awareness and visibility
  11. Prospect for new clients
  12. Manage client communication and inquiries
  13. Prepare and submit regular reports

Person’s Specifications

  1. At least 2 years of work experience in client service or a related area
  2. Experience in events management
  3. Customer focus and orientation
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  5. Possessing great admin and customer support skills
  6. Ability to prioritize multiple and changing projects needs
  7. Self-starter, with a proactive can-do, solution-oriented mindset
  8. Strong experience and knowledge of PowerPoint and Ms Office Suite.
