Our client in the events management sector seeks to hire a Client Service Executive responsible for managing client communication and maintaining and growing client accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish, manage and maintain client relationships
- Provide a positive and professional client service experience
- Manage client needs and expectations
- Set up client meetings, make presentations, prepare quotations
- Follow up on clients’ orders and ensure they are delivered as per cient needs and expectations
- Make site visits and ensure compliance with client’s specifications
- Constantly update management and client accordingly
- Retain existing customers and grow existing accounts to increase revenue
- Work collaboratively with the internal teams to offer quality customer service
- Enforce brand identity, increase brand awareness and visibility
- Prospect for new clients
- Manage client communication and inquiries
- Prepare and submit regular reports
Person’s Specifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in client service or a related area
- Experience in events management
- Customer focus and orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possessing great admin and customer support skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple and changing projects needs
- Self-starter, with a proactive can-do, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong experience and knowledge of PowerPoint and Ms Office Suite.
