Our client is seeking enthusiastic self-starters to join their Graduate Trainee program. There are vacancies across several functional areas including, but not limited to Project Management, Accounting, Human Resources, ICT, Legal, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Food Science & Technology, and Communication.
During your traineeship, you will learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll also get to know the nuts and bolts of the company’s functions and operations, as well as assist the management team with day-to-day tasks.
The incumbents should be eager to learn about elements of the firm that are not directly related to their department. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important qualifications you should have.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Performing office duties as required by the supervisor
- Understand the department’s daily processes and goals
- Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement
- Taking part in meetings, workshops, and team-building events
- Ensuring that day-to-day experiences are taken note of as well as keeping a log of things learned
- Creating reports and making presentations
- Build professional relationships with staff and maintaining a positive energy
- Carrying out research and assisting other professionals
What we are looking for:
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines or equivalent from a recognized University; Project Management, Accounting, Human Resources, ICT, Legal, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Food Science & Technology, and Communication
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Effective communication skills
- A good eye for detail
- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset
