Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • At least 1- 3 years of prior experience in managerial or supervisory.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work with our client representatives in provision and supervision of staff.
  • Liaising with our client’s Health and Safety Officers on the safety of the staff at work.
  • Recruiting staff-shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates and recommending to the client.
  • Developing and implementing policies on work conditions.
  • Performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues including promotion and benefits.
  • Undertaking regular Spot check to ensure the staff are actually at their places of assignment.
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
  • Interpreting and advising on employment legislation.
  • Dealing with grievance and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Developing strategies with the line managers on short and long term staffing in terms of numbers and skill levels.
  • Planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff.
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with our clients departmental managers.
  • Sending daily, weekly and month reports on the operations and usage of staff.
  • Liaising with our client’s OHS officers on the safety of the staff at work.
  • Ensure efficient record keeping of all the documents that relate to their various sites.
