Requirements
•At least 5 – 8 years experience in a similar role with experience gained in more remote and isolated exclusive properties in Africa.
•Exceptional people management skills
•The experience to put systems and procedures in place.
•Strong eye for detail
•Excellent understanding of high standards in food and menu compilation
•Highly guest-centric with excellent guest relation skills
•Good understanding of working with local communities
•Conservation orientated.
•Tertiary Education relevant to the industry
•Excellent track record
