As an Assistant Head of Call Center you will be required to:

  1. Assist Head of Call Center to manage the day to day Call Center Operations
  2. Assist in product training of all call center representatives
  3. Assist the Head of Call Center in establishing and setting goals for the call center representatives
  4. Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes
  5. Assist Head of Call Center to come up with motivational strategies and rewards to improve and sustain morale of the call center representatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
  2. Have at least 1 year experience as an Assistant head of Call Center or Team Lead
  3. Proven ability to manage team to achieve desired results
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
