Overall purpose of the job:

Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbents will provide administrative support and efficient management of front office operations. 

Locations: Nairobi, Western Coast and Central Regions

Key responsibilities:

  • Registration of patients and verification of benefits
  • Manage client appointments
  • Billing and collection of revenue
  • Generate periodic reports
  • Maintain pleasant front office environment
  • Requision and petty cash management

Position requirements:

  • Diploma in a business related course
  • Two(2) years of appropriate experiences in Front Office/ Reception operations
  • Good customer service and people skills
  • Self motivated and a team player
  • Pleasant personality
  • Excellent communication skills
