JOB LOCATION: Nairobi

One addition is an authorized Safaricom Dealer within the Nairobi West region. We are looking for an experienced, agile, self-motivated Customer care representative to help offer support and other customer care duties to clients recruited by the dealer sales force around the country.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make outbound calls to listed clients
    •Offer front line support to listed clients
    •Engage in client and merchant acquisition as part of the KPI
    •Engage with the sales force to offer guidance on clients response
    •Prepare reports on work done on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Escalate any support to the sales manager SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Well groomed, presentable, and confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • People skills, can influence others for results
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili as well as a good listener.
  • Must be ambitious and focused with a desire to succeed in a support career.
  • prior experience in sales or support is an added advantage but not a prerequisite.

Academic qualification

  • Diploma in either sales and marketing/front office/secretariet
  • REMUNERATION
  • Starting salary – 30,000
