The primary role of this position is repair and maintenance of bottle coolers
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize 50% time on actual repairs(Value adding activity)
- Attain a mean time to repair greater than 60 hours
- Ensure mean time before failure is less than 2 years
- Zero cost on assets due to negligence
- Achieve 100% in 3s audit in your specific area with 100% adherence to procedures & processes
- Ensure a safety score of 100% is met
Skills, Experience & Education
Experience
- At least 3 years working experience in coolers and water dispensers
- At least 1 year working experience in an FMCG
Education
- Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
