Role Purpose
The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for serving beverages/snacks & lunches to Senior & Junior staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Serving tea/snacks/ lunches to Senior/Junior and Board Directors.
- Cleaning the Executive offices.
- Cleaning both the Senior’s & Junior’s kitchens.
- Organizing & helping in auditorium setting.
- Preparing the Committee & Board rooms for meetings.
- Ordering cleaning materials for the kitchens & offices.
- Ordering beverages for the kitchens.
- Helping in preparing menu/snacks for Board meetings
- Serving the external guests visiting the Chairman/Directors/Senior Management.
- Organizing menus & supervising the Caterers for training sessions for JHL/JHIL/JLIL/JFSL.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Food production
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and packages
Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced organization
