ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  1. Seeking potential clients in Nairobi metropolitan.
  2. Explaining the services that Intersparkle Cleaners offers to clients.
  3. Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  4. Developing social media content.
  5. Following up on payments from clients.
  6. Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports.
  7. Conducting regular site visits.
  8. Conducting market research to identify opportunities of growth.
  9. Maintaining a good relationship with current clients.
  10. Maintaining a high-performance standard while ensuring to meet the set targets.
  11. Undertake other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3 years experience of sales in the service industry.

Education and certifications:

  • Diploma in sales, business administration or related field

Skills:

  • Communication skills: must be able to effectively communicate with potential clients, both verbally and in writing. They must be able to explain the benefits of their cleaning services and address any concerns or questions the clients may have.
  • Listening skills: must be able to actively listen to their clients’ requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Product knowledge: must be knowledgeable about their cleaning services, including the different types of cleaning products used, the cleaning methods employed, and the benefits of each service.
  • Negotiation skills: must have strong negotiation skills to close deals with potential clients. They must be able to negotiate prices, contract terms, and other terms of the deal.
  • Time management: must be able to manage their time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines. They must be able to prioritize tasks, manage their schedules, and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
  • Customer service skills: must have excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. They must be able to address any issues or concerns that arise and ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Sales techniques: must be able to use effective sales techniques, such as upselling, cross-selling, and value-based selling, to increase sales and revenue
