POSITION: PRIMARY-LEVEL TEACHER
Location: Nairobi –Kilmani area
Salary range: Ksh 30,000-35,000
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client in a leading Christian Cambridge-based system School urgently needs to fill the above position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare lesson plans, lesson notes, timetables, and schemes of work and maintain academic
standards in the school to ensure that the syllabus is covered in time and effectively for
evaluation;
Teach the subjects of specialization to impart knowledge, Skills, and attitudes to learners; Evaluate learners on subjects of specialization and prepare learners for national and other
assessments;
Oversee setting of quality assessments for the learners
Ensure proper discipline is maintained in the class and create a conducive environment for
learning.
Understand the curriculum Designs, and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, lesson notes, andother professional documents;
Qualifications
- Must have a P1 certificate
- Must have TSC Certificate;
- At least 2 years experience in teaching
- Can teach Math and Science subject
