RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient administrative processes including, but not limited to: Managing Patient Care: Oversee Patient appointments, schedules, and referrals.
Coordinate interdepartmental staff meetings to ensure patients are being effectively served.
Address any patient concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner to resolve issues related to patient care.
Patient Counselling:
Helping patients understand their technology and use it. Training will be provided
Maintaining Electronic, Cloud and Physical Records: Patient Data, Referral Sources, Staff Details, Expenses and Suppliers.
Work to automate tasks and use the Client Relationship Management system in place.
Logistics: Track incoming and outgoing repairs and orders
Financial Records: Responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the practice, including billing, collection, supplier payments Marketing: Collaborate with the Audiologist to develop marketing strategies and Patient services.
Develop presentation materials, assist with event organization, collect client feedback Equipment and Stock:
Ensure that the equipment and supplies are well-maintained and stocked.
Manage inventory, order new stock and negotiate with Suppliers.
Learn to operate new office technologies and equipment
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Administration or Customer Service
IT Literacy: Ability to use standard software packages such as Microsoft Office, Cloud platforms.
Excellent English Oral and Written Skills. Ability to speak conversational Gujarati / Hindi will be desirable

Must be able to build relationships with Clinic Staff, Patients, Caregivers and Suppliers.
Should be able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and have strong team working skills. Organizational & Time Management skills: Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Should be able to effectively manage time and prioritise, delegate and track tasks.
Problem-solving skills: Identify and solve problems quickly and effectively.
