Data clerks are to undertake the following duties:
Responsibilities
• Compiles dispatch reports – Input and verify stock movements reports
• Maintains knowledge of current status location of stocks
• Manually log and complete paperwork for all inbound and outbound cargo.
• Reviewing data in the databases
• Proactively verifying data through source documents
• Monitoring and updating existing data when required
Qualification
• Diploma or college graduate
• Advanced working skills with Microsoft excel
• Fluent in English and Swahili
• Attentive to details, committed and hardworking
