1. HEALTH CENTRE MANAGERS -4 POSITIONS (NAIROBI, WESTERN, COAST AND CENTRAL REGIONS)
Overall purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Business Operations, the incumbents will ensure delivery of high quality, cost effective clinical services to clients and promote efficient outpatient centre operations
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure patient satisfaction
- Promote clinical risk management
- Lead, develop and mentor clinical staff
- Lead the outpatient in business development strategy
- Ensure resources are effectively and efficiently utilized
- Direct the administrative function of the outpatient centre
- Ensure consistent, cost effective outpatient service delivery
- Lead in developing and expanding the scope of services offered
- Ensure compliance with treatment protocols and standard operating procedures
- Develop and implement annual operating plans and budgets for the outpatient centre
Position Requirements:
- Degree in Medicine & Surgery
- Masters Degree will be an added advantage
- Training in Business Management
- At least 3 years experience in clinical practice
- Possess high level business acumen

2. NURSE IN-CHARGES-4 POSITIONS (NAIROBI, WESTERN, COAST AND CENTRAL REGIONS) Overall purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbents will promote and maintain high standards of nursing care at the outpatient centre for quality patient care.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor nursing care to ensure quality service delivery at the outpatient centre
- Coordinate Infection Prevention and Control program
- Participate in nursing unit quality improvement plans and outpatient centre quality initiatives
- Supervise nurses in the unit and ensure adequate staffing
- Performance management for staff in the nursing unit
- Identify staff training needs and organize for continuous nursing education
- Preparation of quality reports as may be required by internal and external customers
- Administration of medicine and performance of minor clinical procedures
- Ensure adequate equipment supplies and stock for smooth functioning of the Outpatient Centre
Position requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing
- Degree in Nursing is an added advantage
- Must have a valid registration certificate from the Nursing council
- Three years of experience as a practising nurse
- ICT competency
- Good customer service skills
- Self motivated and a team player
- Proven analytical, organizational, communications and problem solving skills
3. PHARMACY IN-CHARGES -4 POSITIONS (NAIROBI, WESTERN, COAST AND CENTRAL REGIONS)
Key responsibilities
- Reviewing and dispensing medicine
- Inventory management
- Verification and validation of insurance instructions
- Preparation of periodic reports
- Supervision and leadership within the pharmacy unit
Position requirements:
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized Institution
- Valid practicing license from Pharmacy and Poisons Board
- At least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical operations after enrollment with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
- Self motivated
- Should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
4. LABORATORY IN-CHARGES -4 POSITIONS (NAIROBI, WESTERN, COAST AND CENTRAL REGIONS) Overall purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbents will perform and oversee laboratory based scientific medical investigation in order to provide laboratory diagnosis
- Ensure quality results generation for tests
- Supervision of staff within the laboratory unit
- Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures in the laboratory unit
- Registration, collection and processing of client samples within the limits of specific tests
- Communication of laboratory results to the internal and external customers
- Maintain high standards of quality laboratory practice by use of proper reagents well calibrated machines and clean working environment
- Preparation of laboratory reports
- Participation in internal quality control programmes
Position requirements:
- A Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science.
- A Degree/Masters in Medical Laboratory Science is an added advantage.
- At least two (2) years appropriate experiences in the management of laboratory staff and functions.
- Must have a registration certificate from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technician and Technologist Board.

5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES -4 POSITIONS (NAIROBI, WESTERN, COAST AND CENTRAL REGIONS)
Overall purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for driving business development strategies at the outpatient centre.
- Identification of new business opportunities
- Prepare business development schedules
- Participate in both corporate and industry events
- Maintain client relationships as per the company guidelines
- Prepare periodic business and market analysis reports
- Follow up on service queries for clients
Position requirements:
- A diploma in Sales and Marketing
- Degree (Bachelor of Commerce – Marketing Option) or a Business related course will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years of appropriate experience in sales and marketing.
- Membership in MSK or any other related professional marketing body will be an added advantage
- Excellent ICT proficiency

6. ASSISTANT HEALTH CENTRE ACCOUNTANTS -4 POSITIONS (NAIROBI, WESTERN, COAS AND CENTRAL REGIONS)
Overall purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for supporting the outpatient centre operations on financial matters and preparation of financial reports.
Key responsibilities:
- Financial analysis of the outpatient centre
- Preparation of revenue reports
- Petty cash management
- Invoice validation
- Collection management
Position requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or a business related field
- CPA Section 4
- At least three (2) years of appropriate experiences in finance processes.
- ICT competency

7. HEALTH CENTRE RECEPTIONISTS -4 POSITIONS (NAIROBI, WESTERN, COAST AND CENTRAL REGIONS)
Overall purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbents will provide administrative support and efficient management of front office operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Registration of patients and verification of benefits
- Manage client appointments
- Billing and collection of revenue
- Generate periodic reports
- Maintain pleasant front office environment
- Requision and petty cash management
Position requirements:
- Diploma in a business related course
- Two(2) years of appropriate experiences in Front Office/ Reception operations
- Good customer service and people skills

8. GENERAL ASSISTANTS -4 POSITIONS (NAIROBI, WESTERN, COAST AND CENTRAL REGIONS) Overall purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbents will provide general office support at the outpatient centre
Key responsibilities:
- Kitchen inventory and equipment management
- Maintainance of a clean work environment and general office support
- Implementation of infection prevention and control within the outpatient centre
- Preparation of refreshments
Position requirements:
- K.C.S.E certificate and a certificate in housekeeping or a related field
- Housekeeping, basic arithmetic and fire safety awareness
- At least 6 months experience in housekeeping
- Food handling certification
- ICT competency
- Good customer service skills
- Self motivated and a team player
