The Tropical Heat Graduate Star Program (GRASP) aims to give fresh and recent graduates an opportunity to get hands-on experience, with the possibility to graduate into a full-time role beyond the program.
As our Graduate Trainee, you will collaborate with our marketing dream team to develop unique ideas that will help us to grow our brand. You will also have the opportunity to create and oversee marketing initiatives, as well as be a large part of marketing events and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather quantitative and qualitative information from marketing efforts
- Conduct market research analysis
- Assist team members with the creation of content for social media platforms
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative responsibilities
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations
- Assist in the distribution of marketing materials
- Help organize marketing events
Required Skills and Proficiencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools
