The Job
As a Virtual Pro, you will communicate with our young user base (aged 15-24) via phone calls, providing information about Tiko membership and SRH services, answering queries, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Your role will be critical in gathering feedback from platform users before implementing a tech solution, by identifying non-compliant voices and flagging mobilizers engaging in misconduct.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with and engage our young user base.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using Google packages being an added advantage.
- Must be based in Nairobi, Kenya.
