JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re currently on the lookout for a mobile-first video content creator intern, who can create finger-on-the-pulse content, going where the biggest conversations happen! He or she will join our media, production, and content creation division dubbed Video Force.
The purpose of this role is to experiment with and create content through emerging channels for brands. The core focus of your content creation role will be mobile-first, short-form content – meaning creating content for channels like TikTok, Reels, Youtube shorts, etc largely from a mobile camera or a phone’s camera. This is a fully paid internship for a period of 8 months with the opportunity for a full-time role
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in communication, media, arts, or related fields. (Or non if you are self-taught) Relevant experience with a brand or content creation for yourself
A highly creative individual with strong content ideas and copywriting skills is a must Social media experience within fashion, luxury, beauty, food, or lifestyle brands Passionate about social media and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends Strong photographic and video creativity skills
Proficiency in mobile creative design packages
Passionate about culture, people, and trends that drive conversations online
Proven experience in creating engaging short-form content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for mobile content creation on shoots, including still life, BTS, and video content, editing and loading this to the shared network for future social use
Designing weekly Insta stories, reels, etc in alignment with content plans and marketing strategies Using video editing apps to create video content for Tiktok and Insta reels
Write content copy for all platforms
Keeping on top of current social media trends and being forthcoming with ideas and suggestions to grow brands
Working collaboratively with the team to understand social performance and how this can be improved
Deliver live streams across Instagram and Tiktok Responsible for briefing models and influencers on all shoots Proposing the creative concept
