Your Role
As a Graphic Designer -at KOKO Fuel, you will design in-house creative for KOKO Fuel. You will be responsible for the rapid turnaround of world-class designs for digital, POS, and or other branded material. You will be responsible for the on-time-in-full delivery of key creative initiatives, error rate, efficiency, daily productivity, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
What you will do
Insights:
- Monitor competitor creativity with the intent of developing world-class creative material for KOKO Fuel that beats the competition
- Keeping up to date with design and software trends
Strategy & Planning:
- Liaise with channel marketing and digital teams to determine requirements, timescales, and budgets
- Work with the channel marketing and digital teams to develop annual and weekly creative content plans for KOKO Fuel
- Be up to speed on Brand ID guidelines in relation to digital, POS, and any other relevant branded material
Execution:
- Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts including making decisions about fonts, images readability, and readers’ needs
- Determine the size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material as well as font style and size
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on agreed briefs
- Partner with the digital marketing team to create or adapt weekly social media content often partnering with 3rd party digital and or creative agencies
- Work with channel marketing teams and or creative agencies to develop or adapt compelling POS
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
- Partner with the Digital Team to conduct A/B testing of various digital creatives
Tracking & Control:
- Track key performance indicators of creatives such as engagement and sharing
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal teams (Brand Building teams, Channel Marketing and Media teams, and other cross-functional teams) as well as external stakeholders digital agencies, and creative agencies
What you will bring to KOKO
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia graphic design and or creative development
- Fully operational in software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and or Photoshop
- University degree in a related field such as art and design as well as graphic design
- Comfort role modeling behaviors in line with KOKO culture, including leadership, professionalism, customer orientation, safety consciousness, and innovation
- Ability to work in a self-led manner, in an environment with significant time pressure
- Unquestionable integrity
