About the role
Innovative Apps is looking for a Business Development Representative that is eager and excited to kick off their sales career and join our team. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, screening and qualifying potential businesses through cold calling, emailing & approaching clients on LinkedIn or other social platforms
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified opportunities in ERP solutions.
- Be a subject matter expert on sales of ERP solutions.
- Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
- Ability to think outside the box to generate your own leads
- Speaking directly with end customers/prospects and articulating the benefits of our offered ERP solutions
- Submit weekly reports on generated leads and opportunities including next steps to nurture the same.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communication, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales of ERP solutions with proven results is a must.
- Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to work without minimal supervision.
- Competency in Microsoft applications.
- Understanding of and experience with sales processes
Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in IT
