Responsibilities include:
- Developing financial strategies and plans for the oil and gas operations
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance
- Creating and managing budgets
- Overseeing financial reporting and compliance
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks
- Conducting financial audits and reviews
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall company objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
