Key Responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the recruitment agency.
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients
  • Identifying and addressing client needs and staffing requirements.
  • Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making job offers
  • Developing and maintaining a strong candidate database
  • Providing ongoing support to clients and candidates

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
