Key Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the recruitment agency.
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients
- Identifying and addressing client needs and staffing requirements.
- Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making job offers
- Developing and maintaining a strong candidate database
- Providing ongoing support to clients and candidates
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
