Modern Trade Executive will be responsible for managing accounts and relationships with modern trade customers and ensuring that sales goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with modern trade clients and customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to clients on their performance.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest countermeasures.
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and provide results to management.
  • Develop and implement new ways to increase sales.
  • Assist in launching new products in the market.
  • Participate in trade shows and other promotional activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints,

Qualification & Experience

Academics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in modern trade sales and customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other related software

Work related skills & Personal Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of modern trade products and services.
