Modern Trade Executive will be responsible for managing accounts and relationships with modern trade customers and ensuring that sales goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with modern trade clients and customers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to clients on their performance.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest countermeasures.
- Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and provide results to management.
- Develop and implement new ways to increase sales.
- Assist in launching new products in the market.
- Participate in trade shows and other promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints,
Qualification & Experience
Academics:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of work experience in modern trade sales and customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office and other related software
Work related skills & Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of modern trade products and services.
