Currently, we have partnered with Easy Coach, Modern Coast, Greenline and many other bus companies to facilitate efficient and seamless ticketing online on www.buupass.com and offline on USSD code *877# available on all Safaricom lines.

Core Role Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain systems and processes that maintain high customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve processes to enhance the customer experience while optimizing for greater efficiency.
- Serve Buupass customers through multiple channels to include phone, email, social-media, blogs, chat systems etc.
- Serve as liaison with the technology team for system information and resolution.
- Be part of the team, leading by example and respond to escalated calls and inquiries.
- Train new employees on customer care processes.
- Report on trends regarding returns, customer feedback and product and website bugs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm demeanor and represent Buupass in a professional manner at all times
- Develop exceptional knowledge regarding our products in order to better serve our customers.
- Maintain collaboration and communication with the rest of the technology and marketing teams about products, promotions and opportunities for improved end-to-end consumer experience.
- Other duties as requested

Required skills and experience
- Previous experience working on customer care
- Experience with handling customer care reports in CRM & Excel
- Good communication skills in both English and Swahili
Salary Expectations: Shs. 20,000 to Shs. 25,000 with guaranteed growth prospects based on performance.
