Summary:

Kumkang Kind is offering a 3-month internship in the position of Junior Formwork Designer for our Africa Office in Nairobi. She/he supports and reports to the Head of the Engineering Department.

Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

1. Assisting in the design of Aluminum formwork using AutoCAD and Revit software.
2. Preparing technical setting drawings.
3. Providing support to site supervisors at Jobsites, including answering technical questions and providing on-site assistance.
4. Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.

Minimum Requirements:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

• A minimum Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Basic knowledge of building construction
• Experience Microsoft office
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
