Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or any related course.
- 1 Year experience in billing would be an added advantage.
- Attained a C+ or higher in your KCSE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Good conduct certificate.

Job
Responsibilities.
- Managing medical billing for patients, updating patient information, generating invoices, and processing payments.
- Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances.
- Validate debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments.
- Issue receipts for received payments
- Securely handle client data and payment information
- Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Vast product knowledge.
- Ensure efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the provision of professional customer support.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
- Provides excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, questions, acknowledging concerns and resolving complaints.
- Maintain a high profile in the day to day operations.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
