Farmz2u’s Operations team is seeking an Operations Associate who will be an outstanding addition to our growing team. As a member of the team at Farmz2u, you will primarily support the Operations team which includes the team in the field. You will also support the Product and Engineering teams in bringing ideas to life. Your primary duties would include strategizing process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule while supporting employee hiring and training, and managing quality assurance programs. This role is dynamic and can be fairly unstructured thus the right person for this role is a good communicator and an analytical problem solver with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate would have a natural curiosity in problem-solving and can prioritize multiple projects and requests at once.
As an early Hitchhiker, you will influence the development of the team culture, thus culture fit is a priority for the role.
